Here is a pair of beautiful, excellent condition Toby character mugs. The first is a like-new, small Royal Doulton Toby jug of the head of a jolly yeoman. It features a cheerful face, no doubt representing some recent enjoyment of a spirited beverage from a pub. It is just the right size for a collection: about 5 \" in height. The second is \"Coal Miner\" from Roy Kirkham ceramists. It measures about 7\" tall. A really nice piece with just one flaw--the pick axe was damaged some years ago (one end of the pointed ends of the axe broke off), but the repair was done nicely and can hardly be seen.
Both jugs feature great colors and detail. The miner\'s lamp swings freely.
