If an item is broken during shipping, please contact us immediately, so we can exchange it. Ifyou are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we\'re sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 5 (five) days of receipt and we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a store credit that never expires. Item must be returned to us first before we ship out the new exchanged item.
