ThisSheet Of Six Consecutive Tarzan Daily StripsIncludes Big Apes, Along With Tarzan and Korak, Son Of Tarzan, and Jane (or if you prefer LadyGreystoke!) all top icons of the Lord of the Jungle. Blank on reverse except for \"this paper manufactured by Kodak\", on thin white stock, large size, at 8.5\" x 17\", these were the last step before the week of newspaper comics was produced. Readers of the once-ubiquitous print papers often termed the comic section as the funny papers or funny pages, and Tarzan was a staple,alsoappearing in books, radio, comic-books,and films.
Date is unknown, appears Golden-Age to Silver-Age to me; In any case it\'s very well preserved, supple and extremely clean, with incredible eye-appeal: Very high-quality paper was used. Snow-white whites and cystal clear lines! This is a must-have piece ofcomic history for any fan of vintage Tarzan material orcomic-strips or unique paper ephemera or original production art to old comics& licensed merchandise or premiums, or just the serious comic ephemera collector or comic-art fan who likes having true rarities but cannot afford to shell out four-figure$ for the black & white line art of the era!

Buy aggressively, as such items areextremely scarceif notone-of-a-kind, and production pieces from before 1970 are notoriously rare.Thispiece istoo large for our scanner, so I tookdigital pictures, including one next to a comic for scale, but I\'m no photographer... (NO COMICS are included, this is for the production artwork only!) I also tookscans, showingthe upper area and also images ofthe bottom three strips, so you can see how sharp these lines really are. Some minor corner/edge dings, but only in the outer margin, well outside the panels.As with all, there is the normal horizontal fold line across the center margin.
