Plants with roots that are sensitive to drying will be put into a material that will keep their roots wet.
I will send plants only if the circumstances are optimal in Hungary. (e.g. temperature is not too low or not too high)
Please be sure that the circumstances are optimal in your country too so that the plants wound not be freezed or dried.
If current circumstances are not optimal in your country then place your order earlier or later or contact me with

Please do not order into countries where customs are so strict with plants as odds are high that the package will be seized.

Shipping cost depends on weight of the plant(s). If it is a combined package then the shipping cost is based on the highest
shipping cost plus $2.50 for each following piece. In case combined shipping please do not pay for the plants one-by-one
since I send a combined invoice within 2-3 days after the purchase. Shipping cost also contains tracking service.
The risk is yours for deliveries outside of EU. **TRACKING**

Kindly consider, the packages are usually shipped within 5-6 days in EU and within 10-14 days to outside of EU.
If the package did not received yet within the estimated period please contact your local post office.**PAYMENT**

then please wait for an invoice to be sent with the modified shipping cost.**REFUND**
I refund money only:
1. During the preparation for sending the plants get any problem (see above:quality assurance)
2. In reasonable cases if I receive back the plants dead or alive.
