A gorgeous little teaspoon by Frank Smith in Federal Cotillion pattern (Edward II) - fine design details nice and crisp, a few light minor scratches commensurate with a teaspoon that is 115 years old. See pix.
The front has a fancy script monogram MAB. The back has the date 9-23-\'02 in fancy numbers. Great piece of history.
