I bought several of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Original cartoon animation art cels for my kids in the early 1990's, and they're ready to let them go. The actual painted cel is "presented (over) a color reproduction background."The image size is about 7.5" x 9.5".There is a simple mat that measures 11x14, which is a common frame size so they're easy to frame.The outer plastic package has some wear. The cels were only open long enough to photograph; I'll ship these in their original plastic package with the top packaging card separate. These have copyright dates from 1987 to 1991.
