This terrific Turtle tableau is a three-layer hand-painted cel setup placed on a print background for presentation purposes. Images of 5\". In Fine condition. This means that you are getting three separate production cels on a printed background that were actually used in the creation of the 80\'s cartoon: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
