With Thanksgiving almost upon us, these beautiful HAND-CARVED, HAND-PAINTED WOODEN FIGURINES are very relevant. There are 4 figures: a PILGRIM COUPLE carrying their food and a pair of NATIVE AMERICAN INDIANS also carrying provisions. These little figures stand approx. 6.50-6.75\" tall and are full of character. There is no indication as to who carved them but the wood grain is evident on the base of each figurine. The colors are vibrant and very attractive. The pilgrim couple are carved from a heavier type of wood whereas the Indians are of a lighter weight wood. We can see no damage of any kind on these figurines, there may be slight discrepancies in the carving but if so, it is natural to the carving technique and the wood itself. They would make a great table centerpiece for Thanksgiving or could be used as decorator pieces during that time period.
