Sometimes I can\'t find the words to describe something and this is one of those times. Fantastic? Anyways look at the pictures and that\'s what it is plus some. A solid quarter oak desk no veneer anywhere. It has some of the largest fleck you will ever find and the quality all in all is unparalleled! Made by RJ Horner and no doubt on that one. I actually have the ladies version of this desk restored as well that we will list soon. All original brass gallery and hardware, btw..the lockset in the door I have and removed to have a locksmith make a working key then I will put it back in. We have over 100 hours in restoring this. It was so loose when purchased that we disassembled and reassembled the entire desk to perfection in order to make it right.

Look at the drawers inside, they are solid quarter sawn oak also, no poplar secondary on this one.

Mechanical arms swing out to support the lid when opened the slant lid automatically. A absolute incredible large desk that would be the center of many conversations. I love this desk and what we did to save it!!
