COMBINED SHIPPING: We can combine shipping on a maximum of five items which close within a four-day period. Please contact us to let us know if you will be purchasing more than one item. Payment for all items is expected by the seventh day if multiple items are purchased.

Customs

International Buyers: Please do not ask that we ship your item with a reduced declared value in order to avoid VAT or customs fees in your country. Also, please do not ask that we ship your item as a GIFT. We are not able to do this due to both legal and ethical reasons. All international purchases will be shipped with the correct customs information. All international purchases will have two copies of the sales invoice, as required by both US Trade regulations and international customs. This is the best practice to ensure that your item reaches you safely and without any extra delays. If you do not wish to have your item shipped with it\'s true value and full-value insurance, please do not purchase or offer. Thank you for your understanding.

Packing

Please note that shipping charges include profesional packing in bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts or brown packaging paper. Small items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in padded envelopes. Whenever possible, we proudly recycle shipping materials.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please examine it carefully when it arrives to see if you are satisfied. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us right away. If we cannot solve your problem, you may return your item for a full refund of your purchase price and shipping. We do not cover return shipping charges. Please note that you must contact us within FIVE days of receipt, and ship the item back within SEVEN days of receipt. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

We are happy to issue refunds for the original purchase price and shipping upon the return of the item in its original shipped condition. We are NOT able to issue partial refunds.
