Pocket size WWII steel cover Bible intended to be carried in the pocket to help protect the life of a beloved soldier. This one is in very good condition with moderate scratching and tarnish on the \"gold-plated\" cover. Inside, the identification page is not filled in which makes it perhaps less interesting than some but it is very clean and unblemished. There are 2 pages that have a short scribble type mark and a small cluster that are folded or curled slightly on a corner. These issues are all in the photos. The back cover looks like new. Besides the Bible, the lyrics to the National Anthem are included and a guide to where to look in the bible for various states of mind or spirit.
