Unless otherwise stated, the dvd(s) is/are in like new black outer cases, which may have manufacturing blemishes such as small indentations. Still much nicer than a case worn by shelf/use wear.If a dvd states there is also Ultra Violet access and/or a digital copy and/or Vudu access , I cannot guarantee that any of the three will be valid any longer. Assume they are no longer valid even if you see them in the photos.
