On Christmas Items there is absolutely NO returns. I had a Buyer try to return an item after the Holiday Season was over and item was used.

Please remember, when asking questions about the items up for sale. I have a family, a job and other commitments. I try to answer your questions as quickly as I can, but sometimes I get behind. · All items are Sold As-Is. Most all of my items have been previously enjoyed or Antiques. This means they have been previously used (Unless otherwise stated.). I have tried to give the best description I can. I list a lot of items every week and sometimes miss things. Also keep in mind I am not a expert on everything I sell, but I do try my best to describe it. If you have a question about the item, please ask before offerding.

No refunds are given. If I do decide to give a refund, (if item was not as described in the listing or misrepresentation of pictures posted on the item listing) your shipping costs will not be refunded. You will only receive the cost of the item. Item must be returned and received by Seller before item cost is refunded. Buyer will payshipping cost tobe returned .

All items are shipped ONLY to U.S. PayPal confirmed addresses . All items will be insured. NO P.O. addresses. This protects you and I. If there is any damage to your item when it arrives, you need to file a claim with the USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Please contact me for any information you may need.

Calculator provided by to your zip code. If shipping amount is unexpectedly higher we will contact you immediately. You (The Buyer) will be required to pay the additional charge. We do our best to determine the shipping cost on all items, however on some items that are odd shaped/sized or heavy we may not be able to pinpoint an exact shipping amount until the item is actually prepared for shipment and the destination has been determined.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility.

· All items must be paid for within 3 days. All Pick Up items must be picked up within5 days after sale has ended (Unless prior arrangements have been made). We are NOT responsible for items that are not pick up within the5 days after payment has been made and sale has ended.

· We return response when we have received the buyer\'s response letting us know that the item was received and the buyer is satisfied with the transaction. Sometimes it takes me a week to catch up on all of my response, but be patient, I will leave you response.

All non-paying buyers will be block from future items and proper steps will be taken.

· All items are shipped within 15 days of payment. I usually get them shipped out on Fridays after payment is received, but sometimes things beyond my control come up.

Please, do not blame me byleaving negative response due to shipping times. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to bad weather or peak seasonfromthe US Postal Service or UPS or Fed Ex. If you have any problems with your item arriving, please contact me before youfile a lost USPS, Fed Ex or UPS claim in case you need any information.
