Case is labeled LWH FX CASE 7, Fuel Ground Torches.
These appear to be self sustaining torches, not the self light torches also used in production.
Do not know how to work them, sorry!
These were purchased at a local \"estate\" sale held in Pittsburgh, where this movie was made. No receipts or COA were given, this was a cash and carry sale.
