This book included the original registration certificate and the original exterior brown wrapping and bill of sales from the book store. This has never been read and is a collectors edition. Out of only 3,000 copies this is marked by hand in the book, and typed on the certificate as No. 1064 out of the 3,000 copies re-printed.
