Item Condition
- Does NOT come from a smoke free establishment and is sold as is.- NEW in GOOD condition, free of defects!!! (See pics for additional details or description above if item is used.)- Collectible comes inside of original Styrofoam packaging but does not have a box for the outside of it. All of the sets were sold without boxes for the Styrofoam. We are listing the item as BRAND NEW. The extras like the light for the inside and the extra figure that comes with the set have never been removed from the packaging and still have tape sealing them in place. The \"house\" is in wonderful condition. It does not appear to have any broken pieces or be damaged in any way. We were not able to test the light because it was still sealed inside the packaging. Comes with a certificate of authenticity as well. The collectible smells like plastic or Styrofoam and is very clean. Plastic was opened only for taking photos. (see pics for further details)
