Description: 2001. 350 pages. Black slip case covering orange pictorial boards with gilt to cover and spine. Binding is firm with no loose pages, frontispiece and illustrations throughout. Slightly dog-eared corner on frontispiece. Pages are clean·. Boards are clean. Slip case has light shelf wear and scuffing with some heavy marking.
