A beautiful 1930s era quilt with hand embroidery little girls with flowers in hair, hands and at her feet.

I love this example with embroidered hearts along the edges.

Measurements: 83 x 80 inches

Hand quilted 8 stitches per inch. Edges meet and hand sewn. Batting is thin. Different shades to background.

Background and back a muslin fabric and sashing is solid pink.

Crisp, never used or washed. Some age spotting. Folds on back with some spotting.

Circa 1930s era

Just found from a Berks County Pennsylvania estate.

A darling one to give a granddaughter or add to your collection :)
