This is a beautiful certificate. The five shares appear to have been reassigned in 1918.It is signed by the company president, T. S. Laughlin and the treasurer R S. Laughlin.
It has five 2 cent documentary stamps and a 1 dollar documentary stamp, each canceled 1918.
