This is a RARE lightly used, playfully scary life size animated Halloween decoration depicting the Teddy Bear Girl from the AMC series THE WALKING DEAD. She is just under 5 feet tall, about 13 pounds, and moves around on wheels while making groaning noises and lighting up (in a subtle way, not a cheesy way). She comes with her original box, which she can be adjusted to fit into for storage.
