This is a Theodore B Starr Sugar Bowl - Antique Floral - American Sterling Silver. It is approximately 5 inches (including handles) X 2.5 inches and weighs 200.76 grams (no lid) . This wonderful piece is made by Theodore B. Starr in New York ca. 1885-1904. There is a beautiful design of flowers and ferns applied to the body. A great hallmarked addition to a Starr collection with dings towards the base (see last pic), a monogram on the underside, and tarnish due to age. Thanks for looking!
