Perfect condition, beautiful image of Thomas Kinkade’s “Night Before Christmas” of the Home Is Where The Heart Is collection. This is a Renaissance Proof signed limited number edition with COA on the back. Number 31/160! Here is the link to the Kinkade website with the brochure for prices based on 2004 and what he has produced: is also a picture of the bottom half of that brochure here in the listing. $2500-$2900 back in 2004 and Kinkade items always retain, at the very least, but mostly grows in value through time. While many other sellers increase their values exponentially, I am just hoping to get close to the comparable items sold recently. Either way, great piece that hopefully finds the right person/people to enjoy! Also comes in original shipping box from when first received.

This comes in a beautiful frame and the canvas itself is perfect.
