Items on my listings are from threeestates that had very nice stuff that was either new or slightly used in mostcases. Collector items were stored in plastic bins at a 60 to 70 degree roomtempter. No pets in home. I willnever say anything is in excellent or perfect condition. Please don’t assumethat anything is in perfect collector condition. However I will rate the itemsas new which were never used just stored as explained above. If I say an itemis in good condition then it was used and maintained correctly in my opinionabove average condition. If I mark an item in fair condition then it shows weareither on box or on the item itself. Please look at photos I will post anythingout of the ordinary with a photo to show the wear. Don’t quoit me on my ratingsbecause you may not have the same ratings as me. Please be aware what you are buying and inspect the photos. Rememberstuff on isn’t new off the shelf it is pre owned even if it is new oldstock in box. Ask questions if need tobefore offerding please.
