Here is a fun little vintage pin featuring a pretty millefiore art glass design set into sterling silver. Marked Thomas L. Mott England Sterling, it is made from the same company in England. This is a company started in 1875 and was still in production into the 1970\'s. They were known for the butterfly wing jewelry of the 1920\'s, morpho butterfly. This example is an older pin probably from turn of the century or early 20th century. It has the older style c-clasp closure. The pin is in good condition but the back sterling area is quite tarnished. You could have it cleaned up and it would come out very nicely, I will leave that up to the buyer since collectors sometimes like things in an untouched condition. Measurement is 7/8 of an inch around.
