The date mark on this tray dates it between 1907 - 1947 which was under the directorship of John C. Moore II.
The holloware pattern number is #21744 which began being produced in 1931.
The tray has two small dings (noted in photos with penny for reference of size), and it does have surface scratches common for the age of the tray. The tray would benefit from a light buffing.
