Tiffany & Co Antique Sterling Silver 12.50” Fruit Bowl- Circa 1910For sale is a very lovely Tiffany & Co, New York Antique Sterling Silver 12.50” Fruit Bowl. Pattern Number: 13780.

Size: approx 3.5 inches heigh, length at widest about 12.5”
Insurance Appraisal value: $1600
Weight*: 28.8 oz with bubble wrap or 1.8lbs
(*weighed on a food scale includes some bubble wrap around the piece as I had started to prepared it for shipping before I was asked the weight.) The bowl is tapered circular with a shaped everted and downturned rim, pierced and cast with breading and flower-heads, engraved with \'LC\' monogram to the center. The pattern was first introduced in 1898. The mint mark on the bowl shows it to have been produced during the John C Moore II directorship of Tiffany between 1907-1947. The bowl has always been our our family but for the last 15 years it’s been packed away in a box. I cleaned the silver with a good quality silver paste just to try and remove some of the age for the photographs. I\'m not a professional dealer, just the owner of the piece. The information provided was taken off an appraisal report my family had done. The condition of the piece is my best description what I can see of the flaws as a none professional.This beautiful bowl is in good antique condition - there are a number of marks on the inside but the edging is clean. There are a few very small dings, largest one pictured. And about 15 black tarnish marks on bottom of bowl only. These tarnish spots may need to be removed professionally. It’s time for someone who appreciates fine silver to enjoy this beautiful bowl.
