Very small late 19th century pipe, the \'Manhattan\', with original leather case, both pipe and case say \'Manhattan\' and nothing else, I\'ve never seen one this old this small, measures approximately 3.75\" long, bowl from bottom to top is 1.75\" and inner diameter is .75\". Needs some work, has a crack in metal shank band but it isn\'t in the wood underneath, stem has some light chatter on top and general discoloration, small dings and scratches on the metal, ring on one side of bowl is slightly scraped, stem isn\'t quite lined up when tight, case is somewhat worn and dirty, not too bad though. But nothing to keep it from being cleaned up and tweaked and turned into a great smoker. It\'s very light, this is old briar from back in the day, case locks up nice and tight and pipe fits snug.
