This nicelittleantique English slidingpencil has a hexagonal barrel with engraved panels around. It issterling silver and has the English silver hallmarks for Birmingham1904 and the maker\'s mark for Frederick Webb. The finial is in the formof a thistle head with a faceted yellow stone (or glass) thistle. Thering on thebarrel slides the nozzle out for use. It has allof its parts and is in good working order (twists out thelead). It uses a 0.7 mm lead.

Itmeasures a petite 1 5/8\" closedand 2 1/8\" extended. The condition is excellent with no dents or otherdamage. There\'s a sliding jump ring onthe barrel so it could be attached to a watch chain or chatelaine.
