Folk Art Miniature NC Primitive Egg Butt or Buttocks Basket

Recently found this wonderful small old egg or buttock\'s basket in a fabulous old original patina finish on a pickin trip to western NC.

Measures a tiny 4 1/2\" long and 4 1/2\" inches tall.
Nice old patina on this antique primitive, folk art egg butt basket.
Tightly woven, has beautiful form and \"wrappings\" around the handle sides, early example.
From the rural area of Murphy, North Carolina.
Nice style, look, shape, patina.
Hard to find these old egg baskets with real true age.
Good condition with almost no damage, somewear as expected on an old antique handmade basket. Just thinning out my collection of them some.
