Shipping: packages are shipped out Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Once a package is deliverd to the Post Office, I have no control over the rate of speed a package will arrive. On rare occasion, due to unforseen circumstances with the Post Office, the package may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time offered by .

Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, then we will gladly except returns within 14 days of your receipt of the item. In order for us to start the return process, please contact us first and have us authorize the return. You will be asked to send your purchase back to the address on the package, or that which is given, and include a tracking number. Anyone who doesn\'t follow this protocol and just sends it back without authorization will not be issued a refund. Secondly, be sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. Bedding items must be in original packaging and unopened (obviously unused and unwashed). If it\'s determined that the item is not in its original state, as it was when you received it, you will not be issued a refund or a restocking fee or discounted refund will be determined.
