Up for sale with is a Top Quality Victorian Period American Sterling Silver Tipping Teapot or Kettle on it\'s original Warming Stand. The Kettle is of very fine quality and very handsome in design with a unique Victorian Period American form and great Etched designs throughout. I also particularly like the Hinged Carved Wood Handle which swings out of the way for filling and the lovely Hand Etched Wreath of Flowers and Original Family Monogram which I believe starts with a \"K\" and ends with a \"C\" but honestly is so fancy it could be almost anything you wish :) The Kettle, Stand and Burner all haveMatching Hallmarks for the Important American Silversmiths The Gorham Company and Date Code for 1895. The Kettle and Stand are in excellent all original condition with really no problems, just the lightest signs of use and age, I am sure the new owner will be most pleased. The Kettle displays wonderfully and is a great size for modern use measuring 12-1/4\" tall on the stand, 10\" tall off the stand by 8\" long and will hold4 Cups. The Kettle, Stand and Burner are all nice thick Sterling Silver making it quite durable for modern use and weighing1045 grams. I don\'t think you will find many 19th Century American Sterling Tipping Kettles of this quality come up for sale, let alone selling with !
