<img listing is for two WATER GOBLETS plus 2 HIGHBALL TUMBLERS in the Marquis pattern from Towle Crystal back in the 1980\'s. The Water Goblets measure 3-7/8 inches across and 8-1/2 inches high. The Highballs are 2-3/4 inches across and 5-1/2 inches high. One water goblet has a small rim chip , which has been smoothed - see photo. Otherwise, condition is excellent. They ring like fine crystal when struck. Insurance is included in the shipping amount shown.

1)Accuratelydescribe merchandise we are selling. Genuinely new or mint condition, olditems, are a rarity, so we do not often use these terms. “Excellent” is ourfavorite descriptor of condition, however, this does not mean perfect. Lightutensil or usage marks, lightly thinned gold trim, minor fleabites onnon-obvious places occasionally occur on items we describe as excellent. We donot wash or polish anything.
2)We wrap and packfragile items for shipment so as to arrive without damage. We use generousamounts of bubble wrap and packing peanuts – no newspapers or paper packing. Wemake a small charge to offset the cost of these materials. Good packing is not cheap and Cheap packing is not good !! Check our response comments from buyersregarding packing and shipping. We typically ship on Tuesday, Thursday andSaturday.
3)Returns –generally, we have none. Returns are considered only if we have materiallymisstated the description of an item. Our goal is that you will be fullysatisfied. Should a return become necessary, do not send merchandise to usbefore contacting us by Email. This must occur within 3 days of your receivingthe shipment. We will provide instructions. Shipping costs are not reimbursable.
4)We will leavePositive response for you. This will occur only after we have received Positiveresponse from you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
1)Contact us within 3 days of an sale close, to confirmour Email addresses (both yours and ours) are working suitably AND confirm yourcurrent shipping address (Street address, no P O boxes). Email that is hinderedby Spam Blocking software or use of non-functioning Email addresses will be theresponsibility of the Buyer.
2)Pay for the merchandise within 7 days of an sale close – no exceptions. PayPalpayment is preferred – all other forms of payment must be approved ahead oftime.
3)Leave responsefor us. Our Positive response for you will occur following your response forus.
4)Pay the cost ofshipping and insurance (strongly recommended). A small packing materials fee isadded to all invoices, typically $1.50 – 5.00 based on the box size andcomplexity. Where practical, multiple items will be shipped together to reduce your shipping cost.
