3 inch shell 9 inch high

Marked Nov 1917 and RhPM 278 Dusseldorf also St, SP6 67%GiL?

Invery good condition if a little grubby, a drilled hole near top (for fixing screw?) and bit cockled at top edge and a small split at top. see pictures too
