True Vintage GREAT DANE OR DOBERMAN Antique Brass Plated Round Belt Buckle:

This is a vintage belt buckle celebrating man\'s best friend or yours. This heavy round antique brass plated buckle was manufactured by the Great American Buckle Company of Chicago, USA. They made quality buckles back in the day. The back of the buckle is stamped with the company logo and the series serial number of 773. This buckle is in fair condition with some surface scratches, dings andpatina (tarnish). See pictures. I do not remove the patina because I am not a retailer or collector. I am simply selling the buckles I have inherited and do not have time to polish each of the buckles and I want you to see exactly the condition the buckle is in. This doesn\'t mean it can\'t be polished or cleaned, but some people like to leave it to show its aging. Therefore, I don\'t take any cleaner, Brasso or polish to it.
This buckle is approximately 2 1/2 inches round and would accommodate up to a 1 3/4 inch belt. The measurement picture is of my silver pewter buckle just like this one and is for measurement purposes only.

All of my buckles are TRUE VINTAGE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE LISTING. They are NOT replicas, but the actual buckles from the manufacturer at the time of production. These buckles were purchased in the 1970\'s and 1980\'s and sat in storage for decades until now. My buckles are from an estate, and I won\'t be charging sales tax.
