This is a small hardcover,very rare and hard to find. I could only find two other copies on otherInternet book sites, such as Abebooks and Biblio, listed for prices from $85 to$94.
My copy does have some flaws.The main flaw is that two pages are missing in the middle. Also, the pages have some tears, and someonewrote “$4.00” on the title page and “Sally” on the dedication page, and thereare some pencil scribbles on a blank page in the back. The cover has soiling and edge wear. Because of these issues, I am starting theofferding fairly low for a book of this rarity, and someone may want to considerit as a “filler” copy until a more affordable good condition copy comes along.
