This is a BRAND NEW Cd and still in its original shrink wrap. Jewel case has a small crack from storage and handling.

***This CD has a cut-out notch but Insert & Disc are Intact/No Damage!***

These are CD\'s that has remainder marks on cases. These remainder marks can be a drill hole, cutout notch, barcode punch or CD Club Pressings. These are either label overstocks or factory direct overstocks and are NOT promos. If the CD is cutout, it will be mentioned under item condition.
