Pair of beautiful vintage Camark candle holders; highly collectible; difficult to find pieces, especially when looking for a pair.Embossed irisfloral pattern; pink and green with a touch of yellow in iris center on cream backgroundMold is marked 269 USA.Another of my listings is for a tall pitcher #800-R in the same design and pattern as the candle holders.Camark Pottery was founded in 1929 in Camden, Arkansas. It was the last producer of art pottery in Arkansas. Production continued from 1929 until 1965. My research indicates that this piece was manufactured between 1939 and 1945. So it is about 75 years old.
Excellent vintagecondition. No signs of use and no nicks, cracks, or repairs that I can ascertain.History: Mother-in-law had these and the matchingtall pitcheronfireplace mantle.
