Two Vintage Complete Decks of Playing Cards, TROOST TOBACCO, HOLLAND Benelux:

Two decks of playing cards, advertising TROOST Tobacco. Has the colorful logo illustration used by the company on the backs of the cards. Each deck is complete, 52 cards with two Jokers, plus an extra card with International Contract Bridge scoring. Has a bit about the company on the backs of the boxes, in English and Dutch. Made by J&AC van Rossem in Rotterdam, Holland; printed in Benelux. One deck is very nice with minimal wear, no bends; but a few cards have some very tiny black smudges. The other deck is also very nice, although three cards I saw had bends - one a very slight bend at the side, two had crescent-shaped bends at the top edge. No bent corners, or bends all the way across. The boxes both have a little wear, most on edges and corners; one has what looks like a little cardboard stuck to the upper left corner of the illustration side and a scuff mark where there may have been a tag at one time (seen on the left box in first photo); the other one has some scuff marks on the illustration side and about half the top flap cut off (seen in third photo). Still, a nice set for Troost collectors, great to play cards with or to trade as well.Colorado buyers, please note that 7.4% will be added to purchase price for sales tax.
