Description: Patriotic envelope with the slogan \"Love One Another\"postmarked \"Baltimore, MD, February 26, 1861\". This letter was mailed shortly after the Baltimore riots against Union troops passing through Baltimore to reach Washington, DEC. Note that both union and rebel states are included in the border of stars(Weiss E-L-265; Walcott L-2481-83). No postal markings on its reverse.
