Timing

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of item delivery for return/exchange authorization. The item must be shipped back within 30 days from the date it was received.

Item Condition

Item must be returned in brand new condition with all tags and stickers intact. If the item is missing tags or have been worn even once, the return will not be accepted and your payment will not be refunded.

If you are sending an item with original box, please do not place any labels directly on the box, otherwise the box will be damaged and it will not match the original condition.

Shipping

Please be advised that original and return shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility. If your item shipped FREE, original shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount to cover our shipping expenses. We will cover both, original and return shipping costs, in full only if your item arrives damaged or not as described.
