Uncle Soames is from Pendelfin and was designed by Jean Walmsley Heap. He was produced between 1959 to 1985. Uncle Soames is wearing a yellow vest with black flowers on front with unusual white buttons. His tie is yellow with black dots and green stripe design. He has his original green felt and label to base. He is a little dusty but no chips. Does have some paint loss on his nose but he still displays well.
