From estate. Really unusual advertising item. I have never seen anything like it before. About 20 inches by 10 inches, all at furthest points. The item seems to be in better than very good condition. The top with the birds is unattached but belongs where it was placed. I am not quite sure how to attach. It may have something to do with theside vertical part (see photograph)that I have no idea where it goes. The item is made primarily from hard card stock but there are also two metal chains that go to the bottom weights.. Thebottom tip of the pendulum has a small fold as photographedand should be straightened,but neverthelessworks fine. The back isseparate from the front, andhas two areas oflight staining as photographed butthey have no effect whatsoever on the separate front.. The cuckoo behind the door seems to be a small picture of the bird. Note 1911 calendar at bottom. US buyer adds $10.00 for USPS Standard Post delivery (I have to purchase an especially sized box).
