UNUSUAL STERLING SILVER FISH SERVING TONGS ANTIQUE 1936 NOVELTY:

A beautiful rare set of solidsterling silver fish serving tongs. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1936with the maker’s marks being BBSLD for the Barker Brothers. They have beensuperbly made having grips shaped as fish. Please note you see similar tongs insilver plate but seldom find them in solid sterling silver. They are in superbcondition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs and are freefrom engraved initials. They measure 5.5 inches (13.8cms) long, each fishmeasures over 2 inches. They weigh 53 grams. Very unusually designed highquality examples and extremely hard to find.
