US Army Signal Corps troops were issued the Type EE 6x30 binoculars to view heliographs and signal Flags at long distances. This pair of US Army WW1 SIGNAL CORPS TYPE EE 6X30 BINOCULARS are in very good condition, with some scattered lines of darkening to the optics, some scattered edge nicking to the left eye cup, a contrived hole in the front left gripping surface, some scattered patina to the darkened brass and metal hardware, missing the right eye cup, missing the neck strap, and with some scattered age wear evident (most pictured). Otherwise, the binoculars are in fine shape, with no other damage, and retain approximately 80% of the original darkened finish throughout.
