The US Army issue M-1 Garand leather rifle scabbardwas just asuseful for mechanized warfare as it had been for cavalry, and was most often mounted on Jeeps and Harley WLA motorcycles. This US Army WW2 CAVALRY JEEP HARLEY M-1 GARAND LEATHER RIFLE SCABBARD is ingood condition, moderate darkening at the upper back spine, and with some scattered scratching, spot soiling, and age wear evident (some pictured). Otherwise, the rifle scabbard is in fine shape, with no other damage to the thick, tough dark brown leather construction, which still remains rigid and well formed. It sports a fully intact darkened brass charging handle cover at top. It\'s complete with both of the original, matching dark brown leather hanging straps with metal \"snap hook\" attachment clips, and is a fine example of an original US Army WW2 CAVALRY JEEP HARLEY M-1 GARAND LEATHER RIFLE SCABBARD
