US Capitol Plate in 1800\'s Royal Doulton Antique Blue & White Transfer
This bright blue & white transfer plate was made at the Royal Doulton pottery in England in the 1902-1930 timeframe. It features horse drawn carriages on the avenues around the U.S. Capitol building. The wide shelf is decorated with scroll sections and geometric patterns culminating in a scalloped edge.

- Condition: No chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. Crazing. Tiny brown paint specks are gone.
