This vest is in sound condition but is soiled. I\'ve made no attempts at cleaning. The yellow rubberized material is very supple and not brittle. Can\'t read the mfr. date as there is tape residue across the front. One insp date seems to read \"46\". Inside the fold on the left side has been repaired (note the black adheasive). The cartridge holders are empty. The rubber hoses have cracks from where they\'ve been folded. disclaimer No FORM!
