You are looking at a Large USMC EGA Brass Plaque!
This is believed to be solid brass! I am not 100% positive but I have seen many others that are identical that have been! There are no markings on this item to tell what it is but the coloration and the small green spots are signs of identifying brass, generally! Minor defects are pictured! Please thoroughly look through all the photos before purchasing!
