Uncle Wiggily's Crazy Car, Distler Co., Germany, 1928. Very colorful lithographed tin with clock-work mechanism. Uncle Wiggily, at the wheel holding cane,moves back and forth while front wheels move left and then right making the 9 1/2-inch toy move in an erratic manner. Good working condition. This toy is one of the rarest of the early character windups and is from the famous Donald Kaufman collection complete with the original sale tag.
