Uncommon Circa 1900 handmade Point de Gaze Guipure needle lace COLLECTOR:

Unusual to find a Guipure version of Point de Gaze needle lace - a version with no mesh. Circa 1900. Background is a kind of loopy ground.

Pattern repeats are slightly different, reflecting the working style of individual lacemakers.

Good condition overall - ivory light ecru. About 11 in. by 4 in.
